Instructions Every program has risks associated with it. This week, I want you to review your idea and provide a risk analysis. What are the potential risks involved with this program. Also what processes can be put in place to manage these risks? One specific risk that I want you to discuss is related to cultural differences. Please assume that your company is a multinational corporatio. Will this program work in all areas of the business? If not, how can it be adapt for the other country/countries involve?
This does not need to be write as a formal research paper. But all research provide does need to be cite in APA format. You may write in the first person because you are presenting your own ideas. You do not need to provide an abstract, but you do need an APA formatted title page and reference page. Your paper should be a minimum of 2 pages (approx. 700 words) not including the title and reference.

Some examples of cultural differences as they pertain to the workplace include employees who are younger or older than their co-workers.
Also employees who hold higher degrees than others in the workplace. And individuals who grew up in either metropolitan areas or small towns. It is say that employees often have more similarities than they do differences. But those differences can sometimes outweigh the similarities. While these various differences can create a more vibrant office, they can also lead to more than a few problems resulting from culture clash.
