You may also wish to also include a brief discussion of what you specifically learned. From your application a personal best/ positive approach to inquiry.  *Refer to Part B* Envision a preferred future and identify related actions. Based on your reflection upon what you learned, identify a succinct and compelling vision. The practice of management or leadership for yourself. Based upon your identification of that ideal future state identify 2-3 specific steps that you can soon take to develop your management or leadership practice, and therefore move towards that ideal future state.

An integration and/ or application course concepts
