Breathing Room Reflection Rubric

The Breathing room is an on-line resource that is found at the following website

You need to go into the Breathing room site, sign up with a username and password and go through 3 of the 8 modules Module (1,4,7). I am asking you to watch the videos and do the exercises for each section and write a reflection to be handed in to me.
This reflection must include the following:
·        A description of the content and ideas presented (first paragraph)
·        A description of the activities and or tools you tried, what did you do? How did it work for you? (second and third paragraphs)
·     (final paragraph)

The reflection should be presented as follows (1/3):

Firstly, typewritten
Secondly, minimum of 3 paragraphs, no more than one and a half pages (I will return it to you to redo if more than that)
Thirdly, Double spaced
Further,  In paragraph form
·        Handed in on paper, at the beginning of each class.
·        Provide a cover sheet with your first and last name, the assignment name, the name of the class, the instructor’s name and the date.

Each reflection is worth 5% of your grade (total 15%)
