For the final project, you are going to write up important aspects of planning, coordinating, and implementing your program. Chapter 10 discusses quite a bit about leadership techniques and Chapter 11 discusses risk management, both will be beneficial for this assignment. Some things to help get you start. What is the program? Why do you want to host this particular program? Where will you be hosting the program and why? What are the benefits to the community? What is the budget for the program? Finally, how much money do you need for personnel. and equipment, supplies, facility or outdoor rental space, etc.?
Will you have sponsors? What are some of the amenities that will be include in the program? Will you allow other vendors to be present. Will there be music involve? What are some concepts and strategies that we have discuss throughout this semester that will be important for you, as the leader of the program. Further, focus on to ensure the program and your team are successful? Instructions Answers must be type, in essay form. However, ensure your name is on the document (and at the top of the document) Answers need to be written in full sentences.
