Secondly, Reflective Learners: prefer to think about it quietly first. They prefer to work alone.
Thirdly, Sensing Learners: tend to like learning facts. They are patient with details and good at memorizing things. They are practical and careful.
In addition, Intuitive Learners: prefer discovering possibilities and relationships.
They are good at grasping new concepts and are comfortable with abstractions and mathematical formulations. They are innovative and creative.
Moreover, Visual Learners: remember best what they see–pictures, diagrams, flowcharts, timelines, films, and demonstrations.
Further, Verbal Learners: get more out of words–written and spoken explanations. Everyone learns more when information is present both visually and verbally.
Finally, Sequential Learners: tend to gain understanding in linear steps, with each step following logically from the previous one. They follow logical steps when finding solutions.
Lastly, Global Learners: Global learners tend to learn in large jumps, absorbing material almost randomly without seeing connections, and then suddenly “getting it.”
They may be able to solve complex problems quickly or put things together in novel ways once they have grasp the big picture, but they may have difficulty explaining how they did it.
