This essay focuses on personal and professional life critical to good leadership, and how you will adopt these into your personal and professional life.
Sixth Edition by Robert N. Lussier and Christopher F. Achua Final Course Exam Congratulations! You have read the textbook on leadership this semester. This textbook was challenging to read and comprehend. But reading it is only part of the educational process. Education only becomes of value when we put into use or action what we have read or learned. I am asking you to tell me what you have learned, and how you intend to use what you have learned. So, here are the details: Consider what you have read this semester.
With that in mind, I am asking you to create a list of at least six (6) qualities of leadership that you feel are most necessary and critical to good leadership, and how you will adopt these into your personal and professional life. You are to list each of the eight separately, providing a detailed description of each, and how you intend to adopt each of these qualities into your life; and, particularly, by doing so, how it will make you a better leader (leader in business, a friend, a partner, etc).
It is this last part- how adoption of these qualities will make you a better leader- that will be the most important and heavily-weighted part of this exam. I am not placing a length to this Final Course Exam. I will rely on all of you to use your good judgment and satisfy yourself that you have answered each of the parts as well as you can, and have been thorough in your responses. But obviously, the quality of your answer will be the focus. Welcome to your Final Exam. For this exam you will be responsible for watching the movie “The Shawshank Redemption”, which is available on Netflix, Amazon Prime and iTunes.
