Research Question/Hypothesis: Does practicing God’s Box at least three times a week for two months reduce Al-Anon members’ worries, fear, and obsessions?
Type of Study – Mixed method, consisting of quantitative and qualitative methodology.
Sample: 50 Al-Anon members (moderating variables: individuals in a romantic relationship with an alcoholic or addict: partner, wife, fiancé, girlfriend OR who live with the alcoholic or addict) who will be available for two months of the study.
Audience – The study targets researchers of the implications of alcoholism on family members seeking improvement of life satisfaction. I will also target publications in journals of positive psychology and addiction. Moreover, the study will be an essential academic teaching tool to the academia and or addiction specialists.
