Using a Case Study approach, and the concepts, constructs, and variables discussed in the text, develop an organizational analysis for planned change within an identified organization of your, the student’s, choosing. If possible, use a different organization than anyone used in any previous effort/course assignment. If it is necessary for you to use the same organization as used previously, (e.g. your place of employment,) be sure to focus on a new organizational change/effort than the one that you focused on in a previous course/effort. The successful case study assignment should include the following:
1-Identify and describe the essential characteristics of the Organization to be analyzed.
2-Develop an Outline for the Organizational Analysis/Planned Change. This is soliciting proposals from scholars interested in serving . It is as Guest Editors for Special Issues. Guest Editors’ responsibilities include proposing. This a special issue theme that addresses a topic of current or emerging importance in the field of Organizational Behavior.
