The Weekly Assignments

Write a 4-page research paper about a topic that applies to chapter 12 or 13 of Essentials of Organizational Behavior (Robbins),  See Writing Requirements for formatting specifics. Choose from one of the suggestions below or one of your own from Chapters 12 or 13. Identify two leaders.  These people can include past, present, and future leaders; male and female leaders. Living or decease leaders; business leaders, governmental leaders (domestic and international).

Ethnic leaders, and religious leaders from any/all denominations.  You could also choose some leaders that would not be consider socially acceptable. Such as Hitler, Saddam Hussein, Osama bin Laden, and cult leaders such as Jim Jones and Charles Manson.

 While they were not exactly nice people, they were able to influence the behavior of others to act in a certain manner.

Compare and contrast the leadership styles.  Does Emotional Intelligence enter into their leadership?. Their followers? Three 4-6 page research papers will be require for this course.  The Weekly Assignments will provide specifics for content.  All essays should be written using APA formatting as follows. Times New Roman 12 pt font One inch margins all around Double space. Title page with descriptive essay title No need for an abstract Opening paragraph with thesis (4-5 sentences that engages the reader). Argue your interpretation of the assignment in the body of the essay. Concluding paragraph (strong finish with 4-5 sentences) Written papers require a minimum of three outside sources.

It is recommend to summarize into your own words.

The only time to use a direct quote is when summarizing will lose the original intent of the author.  When research is used, make  that citations to give the author credit and include a reference page.  There are two elements to citing sources: in-text citations and the reference page.  The two have to match.
